Permission Slips Due June 17

Calling all future Putnam County Baseball Players! Baseball Camps to be held at the end of June for incoming 2nd-8th graders, and incoming Freshmen-Seniors. Forms were sent home during Summer School and can also be picked up at Hy-Vee. For boys in grades 2-8 during the 2019-2020 school year, camp will be held on June 24-26, from 8-930 am at McCalment field. (Elementary Gym in the case of inclement weather) Registration is $35 with T-shirt, $25 without T-shirt. For incoming Freshmen-Seniors, camp will be held June 24-28, 10am-noon. Cost is $10 with T-shirt, or free without T-shirt. Extra registration forms are available at Hy-Vee. Registration forms are due June 17.
